- I'm tired of being the strong one.
- My parents think therapy is for people who've lost it.

I'm Sanjana Shah, a counselor in Ahmedabad. I work with adults, teenagers and their parents, in person or online anywhere in India.
For six years I've listened to people in schools, community organisations and private practice. Here & Now began in 2023. I try to meet each person where they are, with care and without judgement.
